Made in Yosano, a town located in the Tango region of northern Kyoto.

丹後地方の気候は四季の変化に富む日本海型気候で、夏は気温が高い日が続き、晩秋から冬にかけては「浦西（うらにし）」といわれる季節風の影響を受け、うつろいやすい天候となります。

さっきまで晴れていたと思ったら、突然の雨。また、晴れたり曇ったりと雲の変容も激しいです。
晴れているのに小雨が降ったりと、虹もよく生まれます。

こうした気候は、良質な水や適度な湿気を育み、お米作りなどの農作や丹後ちりめんなどの織物業に対する恵みとなってきました。

The Tango region has a Sea of Japan type climate with four distinct seasons. Summer temperatures are high, and from late autumn to winter, the weather often changes under the influence of the monsoon called "Uranishi".

Typically, just when you think it is sunny, it suddenly rains. The sky also changes rapidly from sunny to cloudy. Often a rainbow appears on a sunny day with light rain.

This climate fosters good quality water and moderate humidity, a blessing for crops such as rice and the textile industry such as Tango Chirimen.
